What we can and cannot reply to
We read messages for editorial follow-up: a factual correction, a confusing heading, or a page that will not load. We cannot advise on a specific claim, diagnosis, tax filing, or whether your group should pick Plan A or Plan B. Those questions belong with your carrier, your employer’s benefits contact, or a licensed professional.
We are not a licensed broker and we do not keep a public street-front office for walk-in benefits counseling. If you need regulated advice, use the licensed people named on your plan documents.
